FAQ

Q: Who is this conference for?

A: This conference is primarily for pastors and leaders serving in or adjacent to Asian American ministry contexts. However, this conference is not exclusively for pastors or ministry leaders.

Q: I am not Asian American, or in an Asian American ministry context, can I still come?

A: Absolutely, you are most definitely welcome!

Q: What is included with registration?

A: Registration includes access to all plenary sessions and breakout seminars, as well as lunch on Tuesday (April 28) and Wednesday (April 29) and dinner on Tuesday (April 28).

Q: Is there a group discount?

A: We do not have any group discounts available.

Q: Will there be a livestream option?

A: At this time, we do not plan to offer a livestream option. Our aim for this conference is not just to provide content, but to foster community. We believe that gathering in-person will be vital for our conference. All session recordings will be made available for free after the conference.

Q: What are my meal options?

A: Lunch is provided on-site for all conference attendees on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Dinner is also provided on-site for all conference attendees on Tuesday. Those three meals are included as part of conference registration.

Q: If I’m coming from out of town, where should I stay?

A: We recommend staying at hotels or rentals in the cities of Brea, Fullerton, La Habra, CA.

Q: Do you offer refunds for cancellation?

A: We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, tickets may be transferred from one person to another.
