James H. Lee
James H. Lee is originally from South Korea and lived in Southern California for the past 43 years. He served Korean-American churches as Children, Youth, Education, and English Ministry pastor for the past 32 years. He is bi-vocational and works as a Senior Vice President at Open Bank, a Christian faith-based community bank. He serves SOLA as the Director of Children’s Ministry Initiatives and has been leading the Children’s pastor cohort for SOLA since 2025. He also serves as a board member of the Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) for the past 12 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and his Master’s in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary with a concentration in cross-cultural studies. James has been married to Heather for 28 years and they have two daughters, Joanne (27) & Jane Lydia (24). His family resides in Brea, California. James is passionate about reaching the unreached through cross-cultural missions and being the bridge for the next generation.
